Dispute Resolution:
To handle any disputes that may arise regarding a vehicle purchased from Buy Used Cars, we follow a clear process for resolution:

Lodge your complaint with our Customer Care Department within 48 business hours or as soon as reasonably possible after the dispute arises. You can log your complaint with Buy Used Cars’ Customer Care Department.
Our Customer Care Department will investigate the complaint and provide a response.
If the dispute remains unresolved after ten business days, as per the Consumer Protection Act, you are required to refer the dispute to the Motor Industry Ombud of South Africa (MIOSA).
MIOSA is an independent and impartial organization accredited as the sole dispute resolution forum for the South African Automotive Industry. Once MIOSA receives all the relevant documentation, they will review the matter, assess it technically and legally, and issue a recommendation.
We commit to adhering to the recommendations issued by MIOSA.
